I hereby certify that I am the authorized and responsible representative of the Applicant group; over 21 years of age, and that the above statements are true to the best of my knowledge. I have read and understand the facility reservation process and the rules governing the use of these facilities, and certify Applicant compliance with them.
No refunds will be issued unless a reservation is cancelled by the Cramerton Parks and Recreation Department.
There is "lifeguard fee" that is due on the day of the rental to be paid cash to the lifeguards on duty. Failure to provide the fee prior to the party starting will result in expulsion from the pool and cancellation of the rental.
Lifeguard fees are $90 per guard and a minimum of two guards is required. Use of the baby pool will require one additional guard, parties over 50 will require an additional guard.
